Good direction but people with social phobia generally aren’t delusional- thats the feeling i got from the scene with the imaginary friend.

me 2 but i know its all in my head but i just can’t get past it

They are not delusional in fact, they cant support some things around, they loose hope in the things they are looking for, but at the same time they know that is part of the SA.

Why? as Ex- SP, some of they look for impossible things and other some peace, but when they see that the road is hard, thats when the SA Negative Feelings appears, and you have to start fighting , i don’t think that SA people have an imaginary friend, maybe an imaginary version of they without SA.

    Keep figthing!

Look, first get info, sometimes you have some shyness in certain places. SP is a state of mind with symptoms that affect much daily actions.

Some people think that have SP, because they are shy or have some depression, but is not like that, SA is like automatic, you cant control it, its just happen.

But with some mind control, maybe you can defeat it, that doesn’t mean that is gonna disappear, but for a while, if you can get think and emotion control you will dominate it.

    Keep fighting!.

This video is the image of an independent SP, i don’t think that SP person of that age is like that, even when you see an SA suffered , he doesn’t look like somebody with those symptoms.

I Like how the maker of this introduces the apartment scene, the street scene is exaggerated (excuse me), but all the SA people on the NET and outside doesn’t really look like that on the streets, even they like to walk sometimes, but being around explaining and be the attraction is a madness for much of they!.

Brilliant marketing is what pharmaceutical corporations use to simply and gently destroy the delicate components of your brain! They have the psychiatrists… and they WILL find a symptom inside you (even if it doesn’t exist) for them to prescribe psychotic drugs… Its BIG buiseness, pharmaceuticals make over 330 billion dollars a year! Now they are druggin children as young as three… I have few connections inside this dirty buiseness…

i have no Social phobia, but i feel uncorfortable in many places, because i fee l that people are spying me. i don’t like my body, anyway. that’s why is unconfortable.

Social phobia doesn’t have to do with the fear of going outside, this is Agoraphobia !

  12. #12 by libraryquiet on March 29th, 2009

It really is just a matter of will power…, your mind! Even phony confidence will eventually lead to real confidence…,you’ve really got to try. Flip this thing upside down. All the people you see have SP not you. Set yourself free! I’m one of the lucky ones. I made it back, not one hundred per cent, but I can function a lot better now. Man let me tell you, it’s like being in a dark room then opening the door to the bright outside. Hey that’s LIFE!

  17. #17 by Davizzzzzz79 on November 13th, 2009

I have Social Phobia. In the beggining, I isolated myself so much that it developed into a Psychosis. At that stage the scene at the street and at the mall was very similar. I thought everyone was watching me. I then got treatment and solved the Psychosis problem, but the Social Phobia is still there.

@nandesneto Are you sure social phobia isn’t about going outside TOO? where’s society? in your bed? please people, think before you speak, you might be confusing everyone, are you doctors or something? I agree the video is quite exaggerated, but I have felt like this SOME times; that it doesn’t happen all the time doesn’t mean it’s not true. There’s loads of stages of social phobia, so yeah, that “019208237″ doesn’t “react like that” doesn’t mean a thing to me or to others feeling worse than her
