Thank you for offering your thoughts and insights about alternative forms of therapy. I am open to any type of therapy or counseling that works. That is the important thing. Thank you for your input. You are appreciated. Hope yours is a great new day!

Thank you SO much for talking about this, Harold. I’ve suffered from social anxiety disorder and depression since I was little…it stems from bad childhood experiences; I have spina bifida and I was often made fun of when I was a kid. I’m working on my problems with psychotherapy and my developing faith, its coming along quite nicely. Again, THANK YOU!!!!!!

These things bothered me more when I was younger and around people more often.I was too young to deal with emotions at all,but in a sense I have let go of them, but in the process Ive become numb.I dont know if its a good thing.Ive noticed myself less irritable. More in control of my emotions. I know life in this world is temporary and I shouldnt worry about petty things. But I cant help but feel as if it were me against the world> i have never felt apart of anything.

that scenario at the beginning is so true,I can’t go to the mall.someone will look at me or something,I can’t eat in front of anyone because they will look at me.I can’t do anything in public, people (most likely targeting the minority) get me frustrated.

I have this about four or five years now, when I leave my house I think everyone is looking at me and laughing or thinkin im a nutjob, im afraid to aproach people because im self conscious that there looking at my red face because that is the worst thing for me is the blushing that comes with the SA.
im well known around my area because i go out on the weekends and talk to everyone when I have alcohol in my system but without drink I can’t function…im suicidal everyday because of it…

This is a positive encouraging video. The more I learn about social anxiety, the more I’m beginning to believe it is a demon…and I’m not kidding. Too many people are experiencing these bizarre symptoms that they have no control over…hmmm

What a great vidoe:) hehe. Positiv energi IS the way. Sucks when you just cant!! Thats why its important not just to watch funny movies and listning to funny stories. You have to work on your thinking, and i think in most cases you need psykologikl help. Witch its hard to get when you are afraid to confront people.
Anyways… Great to see people gooing well:)

Pills, therapy, books about the subconcious mind etc you name it.
In my experience I can truly testify that only The Living GOD has healed me.
Medications from doctors helped me a little and it was temporary.
God’s healing power is ETERNAL!
Now Im not an antidepressant pill dependent.
The cure for fear is FAITH!
Fear limits you.
FAITH ENABLES YOU!
People, THE ALMIGHTY GOD IS YOUR ONLY HOPE.
READ THE WORD OF GOD, HAVE FAITH AND OBEY!
God loves you and He wants you to LET HIM…

ive had S.A.D my entire life and i feel there is no hope at all. ive been on meds ive been in therapy nothing works. positive affirmations do nothing because theyre just words to me. i can say im alright till im blue in the face but i do not feel alright. worst of all NO ONE takes this sickness seriously. i have NO support in my life because they think im just shy. sometimes i wish i could die.
