If you suffer from panic attacks or anxiety you should check out the website at panic-attack(dot) powerful-solution (dot)com . It will help you get rid of them for good, no joke. I personally used it and I’m a completely new person.
btw, I’m not trying to spam, I just want to help as many people as possible because I know how horrible panic attacks and anxiety are.

you proabaly hear this alot but, who gives a fuck what other kids at school think. i mean, are they suppyling you with a place to live, or food! when you feel yourself getting nervous or anxious just ask yourself why, why do i care so much what that pretty popular girl thinks? i use to spend my nights going through what i did that day and punishing myself for it but, i told myself “what the fuck, im sitting here worried about what she thought of me today, while she’s living her life”

The walking to class thing is the same for me, but I am a guy. Also, the projects presenting are bad, i always read too fast and turn red and stuff. It is easy to talk to friends and people who talk to me first
I know what you mean when you say that you dont want to annoy people.
Try not to think about it, and not to care. That is what my friends tell me

I can definately relate to pretty much everything you said. Especially the eating in front of people thing. I used to have no problem eating in front of people but one time in 8th grade someone said I chewed weird and another time my food accidently fell out of my mouth, I will never forget that day. Ever since then, I can’t eat or drink in front of people without worrying if I look dumb or something else embaressing is going to happen. I’m gradually getting better.. now in 10th grade.

Yeah, I still have it. I’m working on it though and really trying, no matter how bad I start feeling.

i get it quite alot too, one of the best things to do when you have the feeling of it, is ask yourself what your scared of, why you’ve got it if theres nothing to be afraid of. or alot of the time, think about something you enjoy or something different or something you have to do if you are in class, because this gets rid of it, it takes your mind off it. it gets worse when you are thinking a worrying about it.

your not alone, its okay, its a definate thing that someone like you has it when you do, and has to deal with it aswell. councelours can help, or your parents, or others who know what you mean. you just need to realise that theres nothing to be afraid of. i hope i helped
xx

lol are you joking smoking weed makes it worse. For people like us that have social anxiety it drastically multiplys our anxiety and paranoia that it would with normal people. I tried weed a few times and every time i thought i was dying or dead (felt like heart was stopping) and was extremely anti social and refused to talk to anyone.

see the weed helps me…..
not as a social lubricant necessarily but rather it has strong anxiolytic effects. i just feel so relaxed; i’m stoned right now.

i used to feel anxious about eating in front of people and my walk, especially when walking alone. and whenever im walking i wonder if people think im weird, whether people can tell if im damaged inside. but its gotten less severe, like i have those thoughts but they dont cause me to anxiety or to cry like before, just self conscious. but i do feel like im not like the next person who can make friends and has no depression or anxiety.

Ive had it for about 5 years but it is FINALLY starting to go away. I’ve never taken any medication or had therapy…i simply just learned to accept it and not fight it. Don’t fight your bad thoughts either, just let them come, they’re usually really frustrating, but if you fight them, and tense yourself up and “argue” with them, it will just get worse. I used to have sweaty palms ALL the time. Stay positive…i think S.A. is literally a demon inside of you >.>;;;; its bad, but it WILL leave
