    When you say it’s secret do you mean no one else on FB knows you have joined? I know it sounds mad but I even feel anxious about posting a status update!! (I know, it’s pathetic!) I’d die if anyone knew I was in a group for SAD sufferers!!

    Listening and talking about this issue helps me a lot. I thank you for your courage. Best wishes to you. I just may join that group. I can tell how hard it is for you to explain some of the topics you are talking about…As it is hard for me talk about these things as well. My voice gets shaky or it’s often too low. I’ve gotten to the point where someone asks me to repeat something that I said I get really frustrated.

    lol, I cant believe how confusing this has got now. OK here’s how it works. The group is private, you cant see it or get to it unless I send you an invite. In order to do that I need your email address.
    Like I said in the video, you need to send that to me in a private message. Dont post it anywhere else. Once I have your email address, I can then find you on Facebook and invite you in to the group. Only then can you access the group! It aint rocket science! LOL
