yeah, the three exposures a day thing they tell you. (Kinda amazing we pay them money to tell you what they all say)
Maybe three a month? I can’t even think of three things to do a day. If it’s something I’ve done before enough that I’ve gotten comfortable with it then it’s not really an exposure is it.

u seem to b doin really well. i’m not sure i’d go through with half of the things u have to do and i still struggle with anxiety, but my college course i’m on i think is gonna help. u should be proud of yourself!!

its your thinking /beliefs that are the core of any mental issue.thinking negative lies.being negative about yourself and so on.also mindfulness can helpbeing more aware of the present and relaxation frees your rational thinking brain.just go to a coffeeshop i dont know.this is what marilyn sorensen also told me go to a starbucks and stuff.maybe its me they cat all be wrong

Go to a mall, go to a couple of stores, ask for a certain product, ask questions about it. Obviously you don’t have to buy anything.
    Ask a stranger for directions.
    Ask the time.
    Join an SA meetup group.
    Coffee Shop
B&N (go when there is a performance in the cafe)

Go to one of those perfume lotion places (Bath & Body) say that your looking for a gift for your mom. Those girls at those stores can talk forever.

congrats for getting through your day. They’re small steps, but nonetheless, you did them, and most importantly, you survived them all. =) Good luck as you continue your progress!

Welcome back!…we missed you!…Anyway, good job on the exposures. I’ve heard that immersing ones self into anxiety provoking situations can help SA sufferers to ‘train’ themselves to better tolerate their anxieties. I’m not a therapist, but it seems to make sense in theory. I think you’re on the right track. Stay positive.

    Haha, awesome, you’re doing great.

Great Job!!!!! I suffer from severe anxiety and had started Cognitive therapy. A lot of the anxiety is in own own minds….as your said when you knocked the plate down, no one really cared….but the build up of doing that was so extreme…and that is with everything in our lives..so we have to retrain our brains…Your doing an amazing job and I love your videos!!! xx
