    Thank you sharing your story, and for reminding me that by being self contious ends up making the situations worser, I am thinking of going to the get together some friends of mine have every week, I have been backing out for a while now, I keep gettng gut renching pain before the day arrives, actually they will be meeting today, now at this time but I have not gone, so I will have to see how i feel next week again.

    Yes.. yes my friend. We dont eat lunch with the actors, we are the honest ppl.. never be ashamed of that! You sound like a great guy, we fight we dont flight!

    I have social phobia, I feel like no matter what I do or say even if I am polite and kind, they disrespect me and get angry with me..I have no idea what to do.

    Yes, that is exactly what it feels like. They don´t give you respect. They don´t want to share their emotions. They wanna keep it to themselves.
