that night i went home and cut my wrist. well to make a long story short it was half way threw 8th grade and i got taken out and had to go to PHP(parcial hospital program) i had to go there everyday (to the hospital)and take about my feelings and yada yada yada.then for a year 1nc a week i had to go to counciling. i got out cuz i was better but like 4 daiis ago i cut my wrist agin and then like 2 days ago i did it agin.

I always thought I was ugly. It wasn’t true, I look back at pictures of myself when I was your age, and I was goodlooking. I was afraid of rejection and assumed I was being evaluated on my looks. I also had S.A.D. but no anymore. Now, I’m just old and fat, and oh-fucking-well, I’m still a good lookin’ fella.

hey man, i have social anxiety too and have been called ugly quit a bit and my life. Im a VERY honest person when the other person is asking for it and i have to say that you are NOT UGLY. you have clear skin. everything on your face is perportionate to everything else. You dont have a big nose. you are not overweight. your eyes arent too small or too big or too far away from the other.
if you were straight and didnt have social anxiety youd get every girl man, im telling you.
