Great video, i remember this also. What’s the name of the song by the way? thanks
#5 by ThereAreNoMistakes on April 18th, 2010
@AbhazTheColdplayer Hi, thanks! The song is called “Everything.” I like to listen to it, and hear the lyrics as if it were coming from myself – and to my self. From you, to you – try it, it’s.. well, you’ll see.

Why your old channel isn´t here anymore?

This was very touching. I gotta say I can honestly feel some of these thoughts floating around in my head a lot, the biggest ones are not to make a mistake or that people don’t like me. Though it’s mostly lies, some people are out to hurt us, I’ve had plenty of jerks knock my confidence. So now I Iive more alone than before and I’m happier. There’ll always be sadness but there will always be happy days too, gotta hold onto those.

Please make more videos….Im a later bloomer to this whole social anxiety community on youtube, and I’ve heard nothing but great things about you

This is an excellent video! It’s all about changing the thought process, but it’s tough.

Make one that says, “I can’t deal with real life.”
#14 by ThereAreNoMistakes on June 16th, 2010
@Llynok That’s a really good one, actually, I will!

Completely sums up my experience of highschool.
I think the best thing about this message is not any of the individual sentences, but the fact that all of them as a whole completely contradict one of the fundamental aspects of depression, which is that feeling that you’re alone and nobody else feels bad because they’re perfect.

you could have plucked almost every one of those straight out of my head.
i wish, i wish, i wish the last cards were as easy to believe as the rest

Some of these seem to be more along the lines of Sociopolitical behavior/thought patterns. Idk, loved the video regardless

you know social anxiety mainly comes from being around egotistic people, you need to spend a lot of time around good people..that makes you learn and build up your defenses and your character , so when you do be in a pressure surrounding one day, you will deal with it, with your own character and wont give into any weak issues. Your mind wont be a prison it will free you.

Dear ThereAreNoMistakes,
I have never been so touched by a video like yours. I sat through the whole thing (and even minutes after) crying because everything you wrote on those cards are the exact same things I have been feeling and telling myself for as long as I can remember. I am very happy that you decided to make this video and share it with others. Thank you very much for letting me know I’m not alone.

Is this how you used to feel?

I remember the first time I watched this on your other channel. At that time in my life, I was so taken over by anxiety and this video gave me strength. This video still inspires me and brings a tear to my eye every time I watch it.

I was looking for you! I heard you made great SA vids, it’s a shame about your channel though, I wish I could have seen your videos. And I certainly fit some of those cards.
