    Very well put together video. I know a lot about anxiety in general but not much about social anxiety specifically. This video made social anxiety seem like not such a big deal. Thanx a lot.

    Well… everyone in this is from New Zealand for one thing :) and I don’t think attractiveness really has anything to do with whether or not you get socially anxious. These people are all my friends, and I asked them what their experience of social anxiety was, and all of them (to differing degrees) responded with stories from their lives. Perhaps they’re not severely socially anxious ALL the time, but they do get it sometimes. I think everyone does…

    Ok, I see what you’ve done. I did’nt mean atractiveness, had anything to do with Sa it was just a comment. These ppl don’t seem to be true sufferers. True sufferers would probably find it difficult to say anything. It’s sad but true. I like this video, i think it’s v well put together, but there are much worse cases than this and it’s sad that no one seems to care.

    I would say that social anxiety is a spectrum. The people in this video are at the mild end of that spectrum.
