the problem is trying to focus on what your doing without thinking of anxious thoughts. thats the challenge and why you need to adapt a method. this method in the next video is working well for me.

It’s alright to be scared of a poisonous snake that is quite rational. However, if you are anxious or scared in normal situations that is categorized as an irrational fear, this is probably caused by an incorrect thinking pattern that is triggered in your brain by some external stimuli

The first thing to do is to accept that there is an issue and that you do tend to overreact to certain situations, news or people. Once you have accepted that you do panic at times you have actually come halfway in your attempts to deal with panic attacks. PS this is a great program

Hey there! Have you considered anxiety zero technique (I think its at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker pretty much cured anxiety with it.
