Half a year ago I had written down some of my negative thoughts on index cards- I thought they could help me in my recovery. Thanks to “xiodao88″ the index cards got their chance to be on Youtube tonight… which worked out well because I didn’t feel much like talking anyway! I hope you *get* it. *** Dedicated to Dr. Richards, the Phoenix crew and Jennipoo55-

BTW, this is total proof you’re creative, im always jealous when people come up with nifty ideas like this and i think ’shucks i shoulda thought of that’.
All the best, John

creative people are the ones who suffer anxiety , they need ”that” creativity which is used to avoid or deal with symptoms. weak people dont suffer anxiety , trust me , its always the strong people who are competitive and use there energy to avoid such fears.
