I can try and convince myself that I’m “ok with my anxiety” till I’m blue in the face but that won’t make it true.

It’s nice that you’re trying to help though and it’s good to see that other people are benefiting from this video.

as inspired by alpacino “inch” spech i wanna think along these lines

“either I heal now as a man or I will die as an individual”

Anxiety is tricky because there is no such thing as the “one fix” solution to helping the suffers. It is more of a trial and error type fix that, if one is willing to keep working at it, will eventually lead one to the methods that work best for him/her.

This is really quite helpful… I’ve only just started putting your technique into practice and it’s already helped a LOT!

I think as long people understand exactly what is being instructed, this should work for everybody — to an extent.

I’ll be starting a blog soon about my battle with social anxiety, and the blog should really take off as I’m quite skilled with internet marketing, so I’ll be sure to promote your website.

    Many thanks!

Easier said than done, isn’t it? I think the most important thing is to sit, isolate yourself for as long as you need, to study and contemplate, until YOUR ready to venture out into the world. On your own watch. Not on others. That way your better prepared, you’ve thought things through carefully, and are more confident (notice when you prepare for things you feel much more relaxed and ready to take the challenge?).

part of that was true, part of that was the worst thing you could ever do (atleast for me anyways). The thing is, that is all us with SAD ever do–sit and analyze ourselves. In my opinion thats what causes it..is that we notice ourselves way more intensely than others and of course since no-ones perfect, we discover our “flaws” (real or imagined) and basically collaspe withing ourselves noticing them. Who would ever want to “venture” out into the world in that condition..

Note to the pooh-poohers: Go to the website and sign up to take the whole course before you pronounce judgement. It’s worth a try.

That is THE symptone of SAD. You have to stop to change the way you live to go around the anxiety. That makes it an dissorder. You have to face your shyness.
But I know it is hard. I have SAD and am struggeling with it very much but it is working.

    Exercise helps.
Because when I don’t exercise I sleep almost in the morning and wake up 5pm.
Then When I exercise After I’m able to sleep 12 pm and wake up 8 am.
But I only work out 2 days a week so it doesn’t happen all the time.
    I’m increasing my vertical leap.
I’m doing squats 100 pounds times 25 reps times 5 sets.
That’s the only equipment I have and got not gym at house!!!!!!
    Look how high I jump.
