My first video. Me talking about my social anxiety. It was really hard for me to record this as you may or may not be able to tell, it was hard to speak and think about what to say. I uploaded this video because i personally don’t know anyone who has SAD, and i think it would be wicked to talk to people who do. Just to give others support.
