The feeling of death is literally all you think about during a panic attack, how can this be overcome without using medication?
is there a way to stop panic attacks without medication?

i know the feeling! i’ve had this issue for years and only used meds once and got off of it. if you really need meds you should see a doctor if your willing to put up with the possiblity of panic attacks just keep reminding yourself that you’ve had 100 of them in the past none of which have resulted in death!
i always go thru a mental checklist to see if it’s really an emergancy or if it’s panic (i’m def NOT a doctor but this usually calms me down)
- can you breath? (as long as you are still getting oxygen you will be ok..)
- are you in extreme pain?
- is there chest pain ( this could mean something serious so get checked)
- is there extreme confusion? (if you are just having a panic attack you should remember where and who you are!)
