prety much i’m taking a debate class and i conveniently didnt know that i have stage fright i have like panic attacks and its really embarressing (sp)
please help!

There are a few things you can do. The best would be to figure why you fell panic. That could take a while so let’s check how to deal with it.
1. Don’t look at the audience. Look over their heads. look at the lights or walls.
2. Look at the audience but think of them without clothes.
3. Stop thinking what they think and concentrate on what you want to deliver.
4. Breathe in deeply through your nose by tightening your stomach muscles. Exhale through your mouth.
5. Be aware of every thing in your peripheral vision, i.e. at your sides. This is very important.
6. Don’t give a damn. You’re there cuz you’re good.
No 5 is very important but don’t forget No. 6.
