Another great way to prepare for a panic attack is to simply know what sets them off. You may have a specific phobia? Or you could be suffering from excess stress. Maybe certain situations seem impossible for you? Simply knowing in advance what triggers your panic reactions, can be the best way to avoid or minimize these situations.
